I needed a place to rest and focus-and somehwere to come between hikes and snowshoeing adventures.  The Barn Owl was the perfect place.  It is clean, cozy and well thought-out. This has been such a wonderful experience in honor of our anniversary.  Just the peacefulness and serenity of it all is unforgettable.  Being surrounded by the trees and it snowing was majestic.  We lay in the hot tub at night and let all of our cares drift away.  Standing on the deck looking up at the stars in the sky was claming and peaceful.  The Barn Owl has just acquired two new fans and we plan to visit this beuatiful oasis again on our next anniversary -  The Vasquez's

We stayed for one night only.  We tired to figure out how we could move in permanently.  Loved it!  Eveything was so clean and tidy.  Good soaps, good dishes, good pillows.  Thank you.  Loved being nestled amidst the trees, listening to the robins singing their hearts out.  The hot tub was just right.  Loved having coffee on the fabulous deck. The Barn Owl- A perfect romantic getaway-it was everything we hoped for and more.  Sitting in the hot tub and watching the shooting stars, having breakfast on the deck and getting to watch a mama deer and her twins, still spotted, followed by not one but two bucks in the velvet-go right through the trees off the edeck--awesome--we will be back-Ron and Vicki
